💡 The plan is the means to an end. Don’t be precious about your plan just because it was hard work putting it together.
💡 Define project stages and milestones before detailing activities. To avoid rework, detailed planning is only recommended for stages where there is current visibility.
💡 Take on feedback, no matter when received just in case you and your team have a blind spot.
